Phillip brings the same honor, courage, and commitment to his practice as he did to his service as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps. He firmly believes that sitting down with his clients and getting to know and understand them is one of the most important first steps in handling a case because it allows him to give valuable, trusted insight and advice to ensure his clients understand their legal rights and make the right choices. We never charge an initial fee or cost to sit down with you and explain your legal rights. If you are struggling with a personal injury, car accident or property damage claim, Phillip is looking forward to your call. Whether helping someone hold an insurance company accountable for damages to their home during a storm or making sure that a victim of a car accident receives fair compensation for their loss, Phillip works hard to make sure his clients' rights are enforced. While he knows he cannot eliminate the entirety of his clients' stress and anxiety, Phillip will always try to help carry the load and tackle the problem based on his clients' individual needs. When he is not working, Phillip enjoys sailing, paddleboarding, and kitesurfing in Pensacola's beautiful waterways.
“Practicing law is about helping people, answering their questions and getting them through a very difficult incident.”
