It takes a lot of time, often three, four years to bring a case all the way to trial and the trial itself, the months in advance preparing, and the horrendous week of sleepless nights trying the case, are exhausting, and intended to drain you so you will settle for less. We do not. Every case we take on at Taylor, Warren, Weidner & Hancock, it is with the full intent that we will take the case to trial if that is what is required to make the insurance company pay what is fair.
