3 Things We Want to Know

At TWW, we believe anyone who has a legal question should be able to get advice and answers for free.  That is why we never charge any fee or cost for an initial consultation to speak with you and learn your unique situation so we can advise you of your legal rights and what may be the best course of action to take in your particular situation.  In order to best advise you, here is what we will want to know:

1.  Your problems.  We want to fully understand what has happened so we can best advise you.  Were you injured in a car or other accident?  Was your home or business damaged by fire or a storm?  Was your application for disability benefits denied?  We will also want to know what unique problems you are facing as a result of the accident or property damage.  One of the best rewards of hiring an experienced insurance lawyer to help you is that one of your biggest problems—the stress and frustration of dealing with the insurance company—becomes our problem, so you can focus on your recovery and getting your life back to normal.

2.  Your Questions.  We know you have questions.  That's why you contacted us.  One thing we make sure though is that all of your questions have been answered.  In fact, our intake form even prompts you to consider what questions you have for us before you speak to us so we will be prepared to answer those when you come in.  We know what worries our clients the most are the unknowns: When will I get paid?  How much am I entitled to?  Do I have to do what the insurance company says?  Will I have to sue?  Can I get sued?  Our attorneys have been litigating insurance claims for years and have the experience and knowledge to answer your questions and put your mind at ease.

3.  Your Concerns.  We understand that many things can influence what you choose to do regarding your legal rights.  It is not always simply a matter of whether or not you have the legal right.  Health, family, and finances are just a few of the things that influence decisions about legal rights.  During an initial free consultation, we take the time to try to understand your unique concerns and circumstances so that we can offer you the best legal advice for you.

If you have been injured in a car accident or are struggling to receive payment on an insurance claim, we want to answer your questions and help you make the best decisions possible according to your legal rights.  Contact us at (850) 438-4899 or [email protected].
