Ask Brian a Question

Brian practices in a small plaintiff's firm because he enjoys the interpersonal relationship with clients that is built and fostered during his handling of the case.  He knows the outcome of each case could potentially alter his clients' lives and, for this reason, he treats each case with the same level of attention and care to make sure his clients know he has their best interest at the forefront of each case.  Brian focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage disputes, personal injury claims, car accident cases, and consumer protection matters.  Having successfully resolved legal matters in state and federal courts throughout the country from Florida to California, Brian has helped a wide range of individuals and companies protect and enforce their legal rights.  His high level of professionalism and devoted advocacy have earned him a solid reputation in the Pensacola legal community as well as Lifetime Membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Brian is dedicated to providing aggressive legal service on a contingency fee basis—meaning he does not get paid unless and until you get paid—because he is a firm believer in every citizen's ability to exercise their constitutional right to take those who wrong them to court, no matter their current financial situation.  He will be the first to tell you: Everyone deserves equal treatment under the law.  Brian's clients can expect to be treated with dignity and respect from their first meeting.  When he's not practicing law, Brian enjoys scuba diving, fishing, reading, traveling, and watching old movies.

Helping those who have been harmed by the misconduct of others is why I practice law.”
