Just a quick note to formally thank you and your staff for the outstanding work you did for my mother.

The fact that you even took her “small” case in the beginning was itself uplifting and hopeful for her. The end result exceeded both mine and my mom’s expectations.

The last time my wife and I went out to the racetrack they had now installed fitted covers over all the sidewalk holes. Of course this is something that should have been done long ago but no doubt was instituted as a result of our action in bringing attention to this obvious safety hazard.

What I can see from my mom is that separate from the money issue, is a satisfaction that someone took her injury seriously and sought our justice for her. The justice she received was proportional and appropriate.

But all of this would have been impossible had you not taken her case and marched forward. You professionalism, you calm and respectful demeanor always se mom at ease and engendered full trust.
