The police officers placed her under arrest using the witnessing of her litering as their probable cause for approaching her. She informed them that she had been a victim of a crime and instead of listening to her story she was told to keep quiet. She was never administered a Field Sobriety Test and refused the breathe test. It has been over a month and even though she has proof that charges werew made on her credit card while being imprisoned, no one believes her. She still have not been contacted by the police regarding this crime. Need to know what she has to do to get some justice?
